Talk to text
Oh my iPad V talk to text is constantly on. The little microphone icon does not turn it off , it stays on when ever there is a open text box if I speak my words will be typed into the text box.

Generally it depends on Settings>Accessibility>Spoken Content>Typing Feedback>Speak Auto-Text = OFF
