You can only find a missing device using FindMy (iCloud.com/find).

That's likely if it was stolen. The device must have FindMy turned on, it must be powered, and it must be connected to a network.

But it like my iCloud had been deleted from the mobile cause i can’t find the iPhone on the find my iPhone app

Same thing happened with my daughter's phone Majee101. If there's a way to deactivate it using phone's serial number
