my ipad mini cannot load images when searching, screen goes black and message reads " cannot find related images" try another description, try using other word etc etc

I see. If a blank screen in Safari on an iPad:

A. Troubleshooting Blank Screens in General:

If Safari Displays a Blank Page or Quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

B. Try a Split Screen:

Use Split Screen in Safari on your iPad - Apple Support --Split the screens, and then merge them into one

C. Reinstall the iPadOS:

If you can't Update or Restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support -- As step 4 reads: Your computer will try to reinstall the software without erasing your data.

Important: Backup your iPad First:

Be certain you create a backup your iPad, prior to the log out reinstall. Doing so, you'll have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go work with the reinstall.

Two Things Here:

A. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

Clear your Temporary Internet Files(Cookies & Cache) of Safari:

• Cookies perform remembrance of certain site-entered data.
• Cache keeps a snapshot of the last time you visited a site.
• Go Here: Clear the History and Cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch - Apple Support

B. Obsolete Device:

For a device that has an older iOS, this may not be an option.

Use the Photos App:

It appears you are in Google Images. In a web browser, you cannot search for characters inside images. So, that is the issue here.

Is iCloud Photos Enabled?

Without being downloaded an having iCloud Photos enabled these are inaccessible. And being inaccessible, you simply won't be able to search for these. So enable iCloud Photos on your iPhone, and then enable Wi-Fi (in Settings):

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: [your name]
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Photos (so that it is green)

For Note:

I see "No Service" on the top-left corner of these images. So, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Can you take a photo of this screen with a different device? Seeing it firsthand would most certainly help.

You Can't:

This is only available in iOS15 and higher. Your device does not have the hardware to upgrade to that. So, text will not be found in images.
