What happen to my .99cent a month monthly payment so that I would not have back up issues my phone needs to be backed up

My phone back up plan no lo fee exist it was 99 cents a month I never cancels it

Did you receive an email or text that your iCloud storage was canceled? Do you get any error message when trying to resign up for iCloud storage? Are you getting the message that your iPhone storage is full?
