Upgrading from High Sierra to Monterey

I have a 12 yr old iMax w/ High Sierra. It has a 2.7 GHz i5 Core w/ 8 GB 1333MHz DDR3. I have 800GB of storeage available. Do I have the power and storage to upgrade to Monterey? I'm getting warnings that my brower is out of date

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

You can't upgrade to Monterey, but upgrade to the highest OS you can, and if it's not at least Catalina, download a browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome, so they are still supported with security updates: How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support
