What does Apple cover?

I currently pay 14.99 a month for Apple, 12.99 a month for YouTube, 3.20 + for iCloud usage, and I’m getting a charge of 15.99 a month for Roku twice, once through Apple and once through Roku.

Should I be getting YouTube covered under the price of 14.99 and not having a separate charge of 12.99? Why I’m I getting charged twice for Roku? I don’t know how this stuff works so any help is appreciated 😊
