Updating iPad Air 2

How can I update my iPad Air 2 it is stuck in version 11 I want to update to 15 but it won’t let me. Even after I made enough space on my iPad. I don’t have a Mac computer so I can’t download from a computer. A lot of my apps are becoming unusable because of the version I’m using.

iOS version is 11.0.3 storage is 9.5 GB used out 16.0 GB. Just backup up the iPad and trying to install latest update. Obviously no one else in the family pays attention to updates. Trying to update to iOS 15.0 but will not update. Thoughts... Trying to install update iOS update 15.0. Current version is 11.0.3. Storage used is 9.5 GB out of 16 GB. Current version is 11.0.3 obviously no one in the family updates anything, kinda like changing the toilet paper roll or taking out the trash, but I digress. Any help on how to go back and install the older updates or force the latest update through?

Software updates I have a 128GB Ipad Air and cannot see the IpadOS 15.0.2 and one of my apps is requiring iOS 13 to work how do I update this please? It is not showing in my auto updates. I am currently showing iOS12.5.5. I have 40GB of free space.

How can I update my ipad My iPad Air with 64 GB is only updated to iOS 12.5.7 and their is no more update shown due to this cause I can’t download important applications

I'm trying to install my update on my iPad 2. Getting an error message saying unable to update an error occurred installing.
