It may be no reason to you, but Snap had a reason. You will have to work with them to resolve it (if it can be resolved). Here is a link that may answer your issue→https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/a/locked
Sir, it’s an iMEI ban. Once you’ve violeted the terms twice they BAN. There’s a difference between ban and temporary lock. You are not able to do anything about your account being banned, but their are steps to unlock your account if it’s only locked. As Lawrence has already said this is strictly an iMEI lock. Switching sim cards, dates, and etc won’t fix it. Creating a new account with your existing details from you banned account may sound silliy, but it can be done and you won’t be banned. Even if you use the same number, email, name and birthday you won’t get banned on the new phone on the new account as long as you don’t violate the terms. Again, the ONLY fix is a new device. Using your old sim in the new device will not effect snap at all. I have a 13 Pro Max, lost 7 years worth of memories the pain is real. Snap is not merciful either… likely the device will be banned forever until I get a new one… hope this helped.

As said previously, Apple ID and SIM card have nothing to do with the ban. It’s the IMEI of your device. A new phone is ALL YOU NEED.
That and a new Snap ID. If you use the same ID new phone will be banned also.
Hey mate doesn’t work I’ve tried everything they’ve completely banned Snapchat from this phone
Then you can’t use snapchat from that phone. Apple can’t do anything about it.
Be careful about next steps. If you borrow someone else’s iPhone and log in with your snap ID that phone will be banned also; not something to impose on a friend.

Can you use sim from banned phone on your new phone though And it won’t be banned?
No, and it will result in the new phone being banned.
Even if you create new sc on it

That I don’t know. You may be able to fool them, but Snapchat is pretty good about identifying people.
Did you use the same sim?

So I can use the same SIM card and iCloud from the banned phone to the new one and I won’t get banned?
