I’ve tried everything buy but I still am not receiving emails on my iPhone 11

Since we don't know what you mean by "tried everything," I can only suggest staring over by deleting and reinstalling your email account on your phone. Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
