iv tried several times now to download and install iTunes but it keeps saying its not for my Mac or its updated I have downloaded every iTunes file on the apple website and they don't work

Ah right in trying to reset a series 3 Apple Watch and that was the only way I knew how to do it. I know the password but my friend says his iCloud account has been locked??? So trying figure that out
iTunes won't install system to up to date or something else
