Cancellation of Apple Music subscription

Hi. I want to change my region, but it doesn’t let me to do so since my Apple Music subscription is not cancelled yet. I cancelled it in the settings, but as I understand I need to wait until it is expired. Can you help me to cancel it now, so I don’t need to wait almost month unyielding Apple Music subscription is expired?
