Ask To Buy In-App Purchases Not Working

Whenever I approve my child’s in-app purchases he makes on his device it takes the money out of my account and does not credit his game with the whatever he purchased then I have to get a refund from Apple I’ve contacted various game developers and they cannot see the transaction appear on my sons account it’s not just the one app it’s on every app I’ve ever tried.

Get started with the steps below for help with not seeing those in-app purchases:

"Restore your in-app purchases

Some in-app purchases, such as game currency or hints, are consumable, which means that they run out as you use them. You can’t restore consumable purchases. Learn about different types of in-app purchases.

You might be able to restore a non-consumable purchase, such as an upgrade to a pro version, an extra feature in a game, or a subscription:

  1. Open the app that you used to buy the item.
  2. Look for an option to restore. You might find it in the app's store, main menu, Settings menu, or Options menu.


If you try to restore and nothing happens or you get an error
