iPad locked to owner
I just received an iPad but it says iPad locked to the owner. The one who gave it to me remembers his Apple ID but not the password
Tell that person to check their web browser autofill entries and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or the unit's original owner to click here and submit an unlock request.
