Hello, can anyone please tell me how to restore my iPhone 12 Pro Max App Store icon?

Check better if it hasn't been accidentally moved to a different screen page or into a folder (that icon CANNOT be deleted).

If the issue persists, check:

Settings>ScreenTime>Content & Privacy restrictions>Itunes&AppStore Purchases... the first 3 options must be set to "Allow".

When done, restart your iPhone.
