Just move the cursor to the bottom of the screen where you want the Dock to appear.

Depending on settings you may have to “bump” against the bottom of the screen for a little while (typically just half a second or so), but it should work.
FWIW, with more than one display it makes even more sense to just place the Dock on one side instead of at the bottom. This way it is far less likely that you bump into it by accident.
I hardly even use the Dock … ever; so I have it hidden and on one side, and I even increased the delay before it pops up; you could do a similar thing, even if you like the Dock always visible. By increasing this delay it will become harder to accidentally cause it to pop up in the second display.
If this is something you want to try I can go look for the necessary command.
Yu can do all the strings you like to keep the dock on the screen you like but will still keep moving:
1: Click on Finder so it is the active "App"
click on the apple on the top left corner of the screen where you want the dock - it will probably go from grey to black
2: it will activate finder on the screen where you want the dock
You can try clicking bottom centre of the screen where you want the dock.
Although some say it moves the dock there it seldom does
3: Click File
4: Click New Finder Window
A New Window will appear AND THE DOCK WILL MOVE TO THE SCREEN OF CHOICE
That hardly ever works.... I tried it and found that I was still frustrated.. Thanks for answering!
