How do i update my iPhone's celullar data through PC iTunes after factory resetting the iphone without updating my celullar data?

Please help me

If the phone is activated, then it's Settings, General, About look for the update.

If the phone is not yet activated, then with the phone on, Take out the SIM card s few times.
