You could always opt for an M1 Mac mini and a decent 27" monitor.

FWIW, you cannot replace the CPU, GPU or add more RAM.

You can "wait it out" as suggested for something that may never exist.

Unless you have unusual processing requirements, for most purposes an M1 mini + Studio Display = 27” iMac.
