Can you do this on watchOS 6.3?

i have a Apple Watch series 2, can I change my exercise and stand goals on watchOS 6.3?

It appears that it requires watchOS 7 or above.

I recently received a hand-me-down Apple Watch for Christmas, and I I wanted to be able to tweak my Move, Exercise, and Stand Goals on the Fitness app, but I don't seem to be able to. I've tried the way Apple support recommends currently for Series 3 watches (swiping up on Activity) but the option does not pop up for me. I've also tried pressing and holding on both the Activity wheel and the 'Move' section of the stats layout. Any help would be great, but ultimately I just want to fiddle with my device. It is currently running watchOS 6.3, if that helps.

Apple Watch 3: setting activity goals I own the Apple Watch 3 and software is updated. I want to change my move, exercise and stand goals. On my watch I open the activity app, tap the and hold my finger on screen, then it takes me to the option to “change move goals”. However it does not offer the “next” option to change exercise and stand goals. It only offers “update”. please advise.

Series 2 watch goal change Does the series 2 watch no longer have the ability to change exercise and stand goals then? As it’s highest update is 6.3
