cannot purchase

I tried to purchase of MacBook pro with my card on the guest account instead of my apple account. It went through the transaction and received an email saying that it is confirmed, however, a few days I realized my order got canceled. I tried to purchase again but it now says that I cannot purchase with my card. I'm guessing it is because my card is also connected to my apple account but it noticed I tried to purchase with a guest account so it wouldn't let me. I do not have another card to purchase this item. What should I do
