Software compatibility with Monterey OS

I'm concerned about software compatibility with OS Monterey. I use Photoshop Elements 2019 and LibreOffice v 4.2.2.1 and cannot take a chance of losing them. Will they work under Monterey?

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 10.13

You would need Photoshop Elements 2022 for Monterey. I'm not sure why you have such an old version of LibreOffice. The current version is 7.3.1.3. Of course it is free so that shouldn't be an issue.
