Getting cellular error after updating to iOS 15.3.1 on iPhone 7

I have updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 15.3.1 but am getting cellular error. How do I fix this?

Cellular updated failed I updated my iPhone to 15.3 and always showed cellular updated failed after I updated. I tried to connect my iPhone to MacBook and check for update but that didn’t work. Anyone know how to deal with this situation?
