Apple Tv 4k reset/format

My apple tv device got stuck in the airplay mode and not showing anything, even i was unable to got back to home screen. How to reset the apple tv 4k device.

If pressing the "Menu" button on the remote, does not make the Apple TV exit Airplay mode, then simply unplug it from power, wait 5 to 10 seconds and plug it in again.

How can I reset the apple tv 4k when the status light wont stop flashing and there is no imagine on the tv screen? Is there a way to reset the apple tv with out being able to see the main menu on the screen?
