Network Solutions Email Trust Certificate

My network solutions email accounts on my iPad are not working again , some are set up as POP and one is iMap. Network solutions sent an email that I need to update the iMap server but I cannot figure out how to do it and the letter is confusing, telling me to change the servers to webmail7.networksolutionsemail.com with no additional directions. I do not want to delete my email accounts and start over. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Network Solutions....Can anyone out there help? Plus one of my POP emails stopped working and says it's the trust certificate.

Hello PamelaQuickBooksGuru,

Thank you for reaching out.

This article should be able to help: If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

This specific section should be able to guide you:

Contact your email provider or system administrator

1. Contact your email provider or check their status webpage to see if there's a service outage.

2. Ask your email provider or system administrator if you turned on any security features or restrictions, like two-step verification, for your email account. You might need a special password or might need to request authorization from your email provider to send and receive email on your device.

3. Check your email account settings with your email provider or system administrator to make sure that they're correct.

Hopefully this helps.

Cheers!
