Have tried numerous times to transfer data from my iPhone X to my new iPhone Pro Max 13 without success. iCloud Backup progress got stuck at 60% after about 6 hours of trying. Rebooted both phone with no success.

I know that you are taking your iPhones to the Apple Store, however I thought that I would list a couple of things below for your reference.
Transfer Data from old iPhone to new-
Do you have a backup created either on iCloud or on your computer?

To directly answer your question, YES you can take your iPhones to your local Apple Store to learn how to transfer your data successfully from your old iPhone to new.

The first thing I did was attach the new phone to my iMac but that didn’t add any of the apps even with both iPhones attached to the Mac.and then tried the phone to phone connection with no luck. But thank you for your input.
