Can I take my two iPhones to the local Apple store and have them connect them?

Have tried numerous times to transfer data from my iPhone X to my new iPhone Pro Max 13 without success. iCloud Backup progress got stuck at 60% after about 6 hours of trying. Rebooted both phone with no success.

To directly answer your question, YES you can take your iPhones to your local Apple Store to learn how to transfer your data successfully from your old iPhone to new.

I know that you are taking your iPhones to the Apple Store, however I thought that I would list a couple of things below for your reference.


Transfer Data from old iPhone to new-

Do you have a backup created either on iCloud or on your computer?

Method 1 - Backup your old iPhone on your computer like this 👉 How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support and then Restore your new iPhone from that backup like this 👉Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
