Any idea how to remove this. I must've added it and no idea how I did. Any help please will help.

lilvictoria ~ Your screenshot should show an "X" in the upper right corner which would remove that panel. Perhaps it doesn't show because you inadvertently turned on the Zoom feature by double-tapping the screen with three fingers:
