forwarding an email created by hide my email feature.

Hello..

I can not log in an application because I created the account with log in with my apple ID and I forget my password.

then I tried to recover my application account through changing password, the sent me an email to change it, but unfortunately the email is not forwarded to my iCloud email while I'm allowing the forwarding option in the setting.

so please let me know how i can change the password

i can log in the account by face recognition but i need to open the account through different devices.
