Hello my iPhone 4 got blank how can I recover my photos

What do you mean that your phone got “blank”? You need to resolve that issue first. Did you have your photos backed up somewhere?
And no I did not put my photos any where to backup I randomly got blank and when I clicked the activation they say that the server is off
