Apple refund timeline
Apple refunded my subscription amount a few days ago to my card, however it’s not been credited to my account yet. It’s been 3 days, anybody knows how long it’s gonna take?

If you request refund for your money it’s may take 30 days to return your money to your account and you can also Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
