Internet connection on certain apps

though im connected to the internet, im unable to go online with safari and AppStore. Instagram , Facebook and TikTok works fine. I’m able to send and receive messages on WhatsApp but unable to download media files.

I reset the network settings and phone settings but the issue still persists.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
