Refund Denied

Does apple support have an email or number I should call to dispute a denied refund? A minor in my family recently spent $280 using my account and I need the purchases removed. I received a refund for 3 out of 4 purchases, but not the 4th which is valued at $90. I need the money back because I did not wish to pay it. Please help me.

Generally, all sales are final in the App Store. Apple does give refunds on a case-by-case, exception basis. They also expect the consumer to take basic steps to secure their accounts. If the refund was denied, you can contact support and see if you can get them to change their mind. Use the "Get Support" link at the top right of every page of these forums.
