Pre ordered movie not available

I recently pre ordered spider man no way home on Apple TV and it said pre ordered and available to watch today but now it won’t let me watch it says I need to buy it? I got an email saying that my pre order is available to download but it doesn’t let me download please help

My question is have I pre-ordered it, or rented it by mistake? Or has Apple been generous and allowed me access to the rented movie as it’s Christmas, but still kept my pre-order? edit: I’ve checked my purchase history and it says I’ve pre-ordered the movie.

It would be best to contact Apple support in order to sort out that issue.

Well it was the link on the email for my pre order saying it’s ready to download. How do I reach apple support
