Stolen iphone

My iphone got stolen, there is still a warranty on it. What is the process of getting a new one?

The limited warranty doesn't cover loss or theft. Unless you bought a version of AppleCare+ which does or have non-Apple insurance for it, you'd need to buy a new one at the regular price.
