how do I dictate an email

Please try:

1. Open Mail and click the New Message button.
2. Fill in a recipient's email address and a subject.
3. Position your cursor in the main body of the email message.
4. Go to the Edit menu and select Start Dictation.
5. A microphone icon will appear on screen.
