add a contact on notes

I would like to add a Contact url to my Note App???

When I search for this is comes up that I am trying to add notes to my contacts.  I am NOT trying to do that!

I am using my NOTES APP all the time and I reference my Contacts often.  Is there a way to create an URL to the Contacts so I do not have to re-type all their information my notes.  

Some type of link or fast track would be nice that would go directly to my contact name.  Similar to what they have on Calendar.
