How can I disconnect a remote access connection to my internet?
Apple TV doesn’t support remote incoming connections.
Please elaborate about your issue.
If you see unknown AirPlay setup requests, then that may be about peer-to-peer AirPlay, not through the network.
Set your AirPlay settings to only allow devices on the same network, and not allow other nearby devices.
