Adobe CS6

I have a Macbook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) with macOS Sierra (v10.12.6) and have been running Adobe Creative Suite 6 with no problems at all for a long time. As of last night, PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator won't open at all and I get a two-page long error message. No other problems are happening. Can/should I uninstall these programs and reinstall them again? I do not use any of these programs often enough to justify getting Creative Cloud - or paying the monthly subscription fee. Thank you.

Start with this...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
