Apple tv movie pre-order

I pre-ordered a movie while it was in theaters and now it’s out for streaming on apple tv but it says i don’t own it, but i had already pre ordered it, so i’m lost.

You should get an e-mail once it's available to download.

You can contact them if it's available to buy and you haven't got the e-mail.
