my computer is desktop Mac Pro 2010, platform
When I was working with Photoshop, computer screen turn to plain blue. I had to restart the computer. It shows the blue with vertical strip. Now I Cannot start my computer again. Any idea, please help. Is it graphic card?

Is it true that you do NOT see the Apple icon with loading bar on the black screen?
Did you see this before? I ask since if you do not have Apple graphics card you will not see anything on screen until the drivers load.
what graphics card are you using now? what interface/cables is being run to -- what display is that?
Running High Sierra 10.13.6. Do you have any desire to go to Mojave or beyond?
