Apple account payment issues…

My American Express card has always been used for the payments on my Apple account, it is still valid… very strange…. I tried to change to an other credit card… but the system won’t let me deleting my American Express to be replaced by an other credit card…even more strange. Never happened to me before

if it was me then I would try reading If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


if that was no help then I would reach out to apple
