You can't add apps to Apple TV's app. Apple and the provider would have to come to an agreement in order for Apple to host the service as an Apple TV Channel directly in the app. The other option is to use the 3rd party app, and if the provider has opted in to integrate with Apple's app then it will still be able to connect for the up next queue, recommendations and search (with playback switching to the provider's app).
