why when i go to the app store for dowload the CATALINA mc ios 10.15.7 for my old mini mac mid 2011 i received a message " not possible to complete the purchase" can you help me please.

Sorry, your 2011 Mac Mini can only run up as far as 10.13 High Sierra.

Mojave at the app store I was going to download and install Mojave, but at the app store I got this message: This copy of the install macOS Mojave application is damaged, and can't be used to install macOS. Would anyone know if this will be corrected?

Your Mac Mini is to old to run Catalina and that version of Excel.

my macmini crash and i would like download excel but when i go to the appel store the excel does't work with high sierra
