Iphon 12 pro after update to 15.4 dont update vor 90% aplikation

after normal update for my iphon 12 pro, to IOS 15.4 i cant use 90% applikation.

All app are dark and ready to update but is nothing.

all app have undertitle " WAIT "...

how can I resolve this problem.
