I have been trying for a month to unsync my phone and my iPad from sharing photos with one another. My son uses the iPad and no matter what I do the photos keep coming up on his iPad and anything he shoots shows up on my phone.
I tried everything that I found online to disconnect them and shot of creating another complete Apple ID for him it does not seem like there's another way to disconnect them
HELP!

If iCloud Photos is turned off on a device and new photos are still syncing to or from that device, you may want to contact Apple Support. There is a Get Support link at the top right of this page.
You may first want to try restarting the device, although that shouldn't be necessary.
If you turn off iCloud Photos on one of the devices it will no longer sync photos with iCloud or with any other device that has iCloud Photos turned on.
There is nothing in here about how to unsync the two devices.
I did this already and it did not unsync the devices...
