Hello I’m just asking if you always charge your phone only 30 or 40 percent then you will unplug anytime like 60 percent or 70 like that if I always Like I can hurt my battery or damage battery life please explain to me thankyou

After an update it is normal to use more battery as the system settles down.

Yes it is fine if that is what you want to do.

Starting in the morning with 100% will help you get through the day without needing to.

Charging all night will set up Optimised Charging so follow all of my suggestions.

Going to zero is the only thing that can damage it so the advice is to charge it before it gets to 10%.

To keep battery healthy charge your phone

All night
Every night
and as and when you fancy during the day.
and dont ever let it go to zero.

That is it.

so you mean that I can charge my iphone It's fine to plug and unplug it multiple times a day atleast it will not reach zero
