Apple Watch series 7 strap.

The strap on my watch is kinda hopeless, it comes undone a lot. I fear I may lose the watch if I don’t notice it’s gone. Different straps are not cheap.

Watch strap I recently bought the latest Apple Watch and am absolutely loving it. However, the watch strap frequently unlatches and it falls from my arm, often without me realizing it. I am so disappointed as I’ve already lost my watch twice. Fortunately I’ve managed to recover it. It seems like the old strap was much safer. Does anyone else have this problem? Any idea what I could do without spending more money?

I Watch release button on strap. I have a generic strap on my watch and in my attempt to replace it with its original strap, one of the release buttons does not allow me to slide the strap off. Is there another method of engaging that button to release the strap?
