How do I use 2 apple ID's on one phone. I want to transfer my information from one phone (work) to my personal phone. My company had us take over the line and put it on own personal account and they will reimburse for it. I want to only carry one phone and keep my personal number

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15

Not possible. While you may be able to activate your work number on your iPhone 12, which supports 2 lines, with one physical SIM and one eSIM. That would be up to your employer, but I wouldn't count on it. The iPhone does not allow for multiple Apple ID accounts on the same device.

You can't. Only one Apple ID can be associated to an Apple Account at one time, and you'll have to wait 90 or less days to associate it another account. So, using the correct account, transfer it over, see if this link helps: Use Quick Start to Transfer Data to a New iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
