I work in a level one trauma center and we rely on the walkie talkie feature to communicate with one another. This feature stopped working with the watch OS update 8.3.1. Now when trying to connect with someone it gets stuck in and connecting loop. This is an issue for all of our watches (ranging from series 3-7). Any help would be greatly apricated.

Confirm that this happens on both cellular and Wi-Fi and also remove any VPN or profiles that may be enabled on the devices.
