My apps don’t have access to permission on the iPhone 6s,please help I’ve tried to reset location and privacy it’s not working

Apps can't use any permissions All of a sudden, none of my apps can use previously set permissions, like access to photos, access to microphone/camera etc etc. I was wondering if there's a way to fix this, without having to reset my iPhone entirely. If anybody could help, that would be amazing. Thank you so much

When I try to download a app, it says get permission from parents and or guardian When I try to download app it says get permissions from parent or guardian

Apple Restrictions Won’t Turn Off I am now 18 but when i wasn’t my parents put restrictions on my phone when it came to downloading apps. Now all of those restrictions have been turned off on both mine and my parents devices but it still prompts me to ask and won’t let me download alone. This is really frustrating and we’ve done seemingly everything to try and fix it, but nothing works. I have the Iphone 12
