Once you've reset it to factory settings, any data is gone. Even though the data isn't necessarily "erased", it's all encrypted and there's really no way to recover the encryption key once it's been reset.

If you have factory reset your iPhone, the only way to recover iPhone data is to restore your iPhone from backups: iTunes or iCloud. Otherwise, no way to recover your data.
